facilitator’s responsibility is to help the group agree upon a set of goals, make necessary decisions, and develop a plan for implementation – all within the time available.  DDA's approach to facilitating prioritizes consensus-building, moving the agenda forward, and staying on schedule. Our facilitators focus on engaging participants and encouraging input from all involved in order to achieve consensus and support creative and innovative ideas. We use a proven facilitation method and a set of advanced tools to promote cooperation, cohesion, and group ownership. The facilitator will help the group to stay focused on the goals and priorities of the organization, while also allowing participants to connect with others and to leave feeling a sense of personal accomplishment and group consensus.
